About the Role

• Develop and supervise engineering deliverables (calculations, drawings, procurement documents, design packages, technical reports) meeting customer quality requirements. • Define project scope, budget, schedule, provide technical direction, and report status. • Perform CAD and 3D modeling tasks, guiding designers and drafters. • Supervise junior staff and provide performance feedback. • Conduct load demand calculations for large private and government developments. • Apply water, irrigation, and firefighting regulations (DEWA, ADDC, TRANSCO, DM, etc.) in designs. • Design hydraulic systems for pump stations and create utility cross‑sections per Gulf authority standards (RTA, DMT, MOMRA). • Prepare detailed technical, commercial, and life‑cycle cost analyses of alternatives. • Develop client presentation materials and obtain NOCs/design approvals from relevant authorities. • Ensure compliance with British, American, and local codes for potable water and irrigation designs.

What You Bring

We are hiring experienced Utilities Engineers (Design Wet & Dry) for our Dubai office. The role involves engineering assignments using CAE/CAD tools, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality solutions. Engineers are expected to be versatile, enthusiastic, and possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 7–10 years of relevant experience. • Proven experience in utility diversion design, review, and coordination with Dubai developers and government agencies (RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality). • Strong knowledge of local service authority regulations, standards, and requirements. • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities in fast‑paced environments. • Effective communication and coordination skills for managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
