Service Sales Executive
Drive sales of HVAC service solutions to Oil & Gas, Marine and Navy clients in UK

About the Role
In this position you will generate new service revenue by selling repair, replacement, refurbishment, upgrade and retrofit solutions for HVAC systems to both new and existing key accounts throughout the UK. You will act as the primary project sales lead, coordinating technical proposals and ensuring seamless delivery of cutting‑edge products and services. You will execute the Go‑To‑Market strategy using enterprise tools and value‑selling concepts, continuously refining your approach based on market insights and company policies. Field activities will be blended with industry networking, while Salesforce.com will be used for lead management and close collaboration with Marketing to tailor customer campaigns. • Manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities • Build business development strategies for enhanced sales opportunities • Monitor competitor activities and new developments • Lead the complete sales process from opportunity identification to closure • Develop a robust sales pipeline for meeting installation order booking requirements • Drive sales performance using Salesforce • Contribute to growth initiatives in Commercial Marine and Oil & Gas sectors

What You Bring
• Technical understanding of HVAC systems and servicing requirements • Experience in field sales and relationship selling • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM system – training is provided • Existing experience and client base in Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine or adjacent markets • Proven track record of selling technical service solutions • Ability to present technical and commercial information • Resourceful with excellent customer engagement skills • Proven track record of achieving outstanding results
