About the Role

Home to work that matters, and you can be a part of it. The role’s purpose is to own the delivery of a first‑class customer experience for all parties involved in purchasing a new home from Taylor Wimpey, and to ensure sales meet or exceed targets while maximising profit for the business. Internal applicants should inform their line manager if they wish to apply for this role. • Own the development, presentation and full purchase process for new homes. • Serve as the primary contact for purchasers and all stakeholders from first contact to completion. • Promote company‑recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors to meet purchasing deadlines. • Meet all administrative and reporting requirements within company policies and timeframes. • Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, incentives, PR and marketing events to build a sales pipeline. • Proactively prospect target customers, schedule appointments, and follow up leads to achieve sales targets and measure satisfaction. • Conduct home inspections, introduce customers to their new home, and provide after‑care at defined intervals. • Ensure health and safety of customers, colleagues and others on site in line with legal and company standards. • Adhere to company procedures, performance standards and the Sales Manual.
