About the Role

• Evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques, procedures and modifications to construction documents. • Perform architectural assignments with only general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager. • Coordinate subconsultant work to align with project requirements and architectural design. • Work directly with owners/clients to select and recommend procedures. • Write specifications covering architectural matters and perform code reviews. • Assist Project Architects, Architectural Project Coordinators or Technicians, taking responsibility for work in all phases of the architectural process.

What You Bring

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a Revit skills assessment to demonstrate their proficiency with Revit software and related design tasks. Accommodations will be made available upon request. • Master’s degree in Architecture. • Experience in data centers or mission‑critical facilities. • Interest in sustainable design/LEED (desired but not required). • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience with SketchUp and Enscape (a plus). • Willingness to travel semi‑regularly to project sites. • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field. • Eligibility to obtain future registration. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiar with related tools and processes. • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills.
