About the Role

Primary responsibilities include summarizing and presenting financial results along with key sales and cost drivers, leading variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and prior‑year benchmarks, and delivering insightful commentary to Business Unit and Division management. The analyst also develops and deploys operational metrics to support daily management, proactively managing costs and working capital to drive sustainable improvement. The role partners with Business Unit leadership to drive daily, weekly and monthly operational and financial performance, and works with Operations on make‑buy decisions, capital investments, inventory management, ad‑hoc analysis, and standard‑costing activities. Additional duties involve building monthly forecasts, strategic plans and the Annual Operating Plan, synthesizing large data sets into actionable insights, identifying P&L and working‑capital trends, and communicating risks, opportunities and recommended action plans. • Summarize and present financial results, highlighting sales and cost drivers. • Lead variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year benchmarks, communicating assumptions to plant leadership. • Develop and monitor operational metrics to manage costs, working capital, and performance. • Partner with BU leadership and Operations on daily performance, make/buy decisions, capital investments, and inventory management. • Support standard costing, margin analysis, forecasting, and the Annual Operating Plan. • Translate large data sets into actionable insights and risk/opportunity recommendations. • Participate in strategic projects such as capital allocation, cash‑flow forecasting, and integration activities. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and company accounting policies.

What You Bring

The analyst supports strategic projects such as capital spend allocations, cash‑flow projections, and integration activities, while ensuring internal‑control compliance with statutory regulations and Regal Rexnord accounting policies. Strong interpersonal skills, a continuous‑improvement mindset, and the ability to influence across all organizational levels are essential for success. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) and at least three years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel, and have experience with Power BI and consolidation tools such as OneStream or Hyperion. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities, as well as the willingness to travel up to 10 % of the time, are required. • Minimum BA in Finance/Accounting; 3+ years progressive finance/accounting experience, preferably manufacturing. • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI and consolidation tools (OneStream, Hyperion) preferred. • Strong communication skills to present financial concepts to non‑financial audiences. • Demonstrated teamwork, influence, judgment, and continuous‑improvement mindset. • Ability to travel up to 10% to domestic and international Couplings Division sites.
