About the Role
• Build and lead cross‑functional Content, Knowledge, Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams. • Define and execute product strategy for Autodesk’s digital consulting platform. • Drive rapid prototyping of new offerings and scale existing platform capabilities. • Establish product management discipline across platform, industry solutions, tools and services. • Translate field consulting experience into scalable AI‑enabled advisory offerings. • Govern advisory intelligence model, including transformation paths and decision logic. • Define success metrics and KPIs, using data analytics and experimentation. • Create continuous feedback loops with customers, consultants, and field teams. • Ensure platform architecture is scalable, resilient, and SOC2 compliant. • Partner with Research, Engineering, Go‑to‑Market, Legal, Finance, Sales and Customer Success to align execution. • Manage engineering delivery, platform operations and tool development on time, budget and quality. • Contribute to organizational strategy and FY planning as extended leadership. • Attract, hire and retain high‑performing product and engineering talent globally. • Champion Autodesk culture and lead change initiatives to improve execution efficiency. • Conduct performance reviews, develop career plans and implement succession planning.

What You Bring
• 15+ years in product management, platform development or digital services leadership. • 5+ years building and leading high‑performing product and engineering teams. • Proven track record taking digital products/SaaS from concept to global launch. • Experience managing integrated product, architecture and engineering functions. • Strong data‑driven decision making and experimentation background. • Ability to establish and operate customer feedback loops for product strategy. • Success delivering results in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments. • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field. • Preferred: experience in AEC, manufacturing or media & entertainment industries. • Preferred: background in professional services or services‑to‑product transformation. • Preferred: hands‑on AI‑enabled product development experience. • Preferred: technical fluency with platform architectures, APIs and modern software practices. • Preferred: experience defining transformation frameworks or advisory models. • Preferred: experience managing globally distributed teams across time zones. • Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.

Benefits
