About the Role
The Plumber Technician installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. This role delivers high‑quality service to clients across diverse project types. • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems • Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and water‑pressure problems • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing systems • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for project planning • Test plumbing systems for leaks and functionality issues • Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on large‑scale projects • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used • Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed

What You Bring
The position is based on‑site in Malvern, PA, operating a 10‑hour third‑shift schedule. Salary ranges from $63,500 to $83,000 per year, with compensation varying based on education, experience, and market factors. Visa sponsorship is not offered; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Possess a valid plumbing license as required by local regulations • Have 2–3 years of plumbing experience • Demonstrate strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces • Exhibit excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail • Technical training or certification in plumbing (preferred) • Proficiency with plumbing tools and equipment (preferred) • Strong communication and customer service skills (preferred) • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on‑call shifts (preferred) • Comfort working in varying temperatures and confined spaces (preferred)
