About the Role
The Project Controls II role supports the project team by monitoring financial information, collecting and analyzing budgets, cost allocations, and preparing status reports. The position requires mastering H&M’s systems (Oracle JDE), applying general accounting principles, and delivering regular financial analysis and reporting. • Collect, validate, and track project financial data such as cost measurements, billing, payables, payroll, and equipment utilization. • Research and resolve payable transaction issues while supporting process improvements. • Apply H&M’s Project Management Methodology and ensure alignment with company strategy.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates understand construction accounting, follow the Project Management Methodology, and communicate assertively with clients and team members. Required qualifications include a BS in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent), 2‑5 years of relevant experience, strong mathematical aptitude, proficiency in MS Office, and completion of at least one ESI Project Management online course. • Use Oracle JDE and MS Office for financial analysis and reporting. • Possess 2–5 years of experience in accounting, contract administration, or project management. • Hold a BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Complete at least one ESI Project Management online course. • Demonstrate strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills.
