About the Role

• Greet guests and owners on arrival • Check guests in and out • Generate folios and collect payments • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and forward to appropriate departments • Restock front desk supplies and prepare arrival packets and area information • Answer phones and direct calls

What You Bring

• Proficient English language skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties • Minimum 6 months customer service experience • Preferred: experience as a Front Desk/Guest Services Agent • Preferred: experience handling credit card transactions • Preferred: background in resort hospitality or related industries
