Guest Room Attendant - Steady Extra

About the Role

As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be essential in delivering clean, welcoming spaces that enable memorable stays for our members and guests. • Clean assigned units, offices, and public areas meeting quality and productivity standards. • Report maintenance problems, damage, or missing items to housekeeping personnel. • Report suspicious activity to security. • Maintain cleaning cart supplies and equipment in a neat, orderly manner. • Secure department assets and supplies in storage neatly. • Assist management in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory. • Follow all daily assigned projects. • Promptly turn in lost and found items. • Properly use radios, devices, duress alert button, and follow key sign‑in/out logging. • Attend departmental meetings and perform other duties or special projects as required. • Carry out reasonable requests by management. • Work a full 8‑hour shift, walking/standing, with reasonable accommodation if needed.

What You Bring

• Speak basic English to greet guests and respond to special requests. • Bend, stoop, walk, lift up to 50 lb and push/pull up to 100 lb. • Possess previous customer service or hospitality experience (advantageous). • Have 6–12 months of prior housekeeping experience (advantageous).
