About the Role

• Repair and replace ADA operators, manual/swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow‑metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors. • Service a variety of door equipment and control devices, performing preventative maintenance. • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. • Ensure strong attention to detail and adherence to processes. • Provide excellent customer service and strong service orientation.

What You Bring

We are hiring an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role involves servicing automatic doors, with AAADM certification preferred. Candidates must be able to repair and replace ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow‑metal, storefront and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years’ experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician, strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills for partition framing and door/window installation, and a clean driving record. AAADM certification, experience with commercial‑door hardware and preventative maintenance, and familiarity with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy are a plus. A positive, professional attitude, ability to manage multiple projects, work well under time constraints, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment are essential. The technician must be detail‑oriented, follow processes, and provide excellent service to customers, both independently and as part of a team. • Use carpentry skills for partition framing with metal/wood studs and install doors and windows. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently or in a team. • Require at least 2 years’ experience as an automatic‑door installer or service technician; AAADM certification preferred. • Possess strong mechanical aptitude, clean driving record, and carpentry experience. • Experience with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, or Assa Abloy is a plus.
