About the Role

This role provides administrative support for the Taylor office. The receptionist greets and welcomes guests and employees, directs visitors, answers and screens phone calls, ensures the office is clean and presentable, provides accurate information in person and via phone/email, receives and distributes mail and deliveries, supports office security by monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges, assists with contract management and vendor coordination, creates and completes purchase orders using Ariba, provides onsite support for HR, IT, Finance, Facilities, Legal and other teams, orders and inventories office and breakroom supplies, updates calendars, schedules meetings and conference rooms, and supports onsite events, wellness activities, and EHS & FE training.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 2‑5 years of administrative support experience, a high school diploma (with some college preferred), a strong work ethic, integrity, and exceptional customer service. They must be detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, proficient with Microsoft Office, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently in a diverse, dynamic, onsite environment. • 2 • 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant/support type role required • Minimum HS Diploma required, Some College/College Degree or comparable work experience preferred • Strong work ethic, integrity, and exceptional customer service • Timely and accurate work product; ability to work independently and with flexibility • Strong administrative, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize work and attention to detail • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) required • Excellent communication skills required • Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment
