About the Role
In this role you will coordinate customer interactions and support the delivery of installation and maintenance contracts, working closely with customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure planning accuracy, strong communication, and efficient project execution. • Manage installation and maintenance contracts for key accounts. • Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and in‑person interactions. • Plan jobs, projects, and after‑sales contract activities. • Oversee stock and service‑parts demand. • Support engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout delivery. • Maintain and update project schedules and resource plans. • Ensure contractual obligations, processes, and deadlines are met. • Prepare reports, documentation, and customer‑feedback summaries. • Coordinate projects, customers, and stakeholders effectively. • Provide customer support and communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Utilize ERP systems for data entry, analysis, and reporting. • Analyze data to inform planning and decision‑making.
