About the Role

The role supports the rollout of DP World’s brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the company’s global brand framework. The incumbent will work with regional and global brand teams and external agencies to create integrated campaigns across multiple media, oversee media planning, activation, and lead generation, and coordinate events that highlight DP World as a thought leader in logistics. • Maintain a unified brand identity across all touchpoints. • Design and launch integrated brand campaigns spanning print, outdoor, digital, TV and social media. • Coordinate end‑to‑end execution with external agencies and assess campaign performance. • Plan and manage media buying and brand activation efforts. • Partner with business units to position DP World as a trusted brand. • Develop targeted BTL initiatives for market outreach and sector‑specific campaigns. • Drive lead generation and engagement initiatives alongside commercial teams. • Lead event planning and participation in conferences, exhibitions and summits, securing speaking opportunities. • Create immersive “Gold Standard” brand events that reinforce DP World’s logistics leadership. • Support internal communications to embed brand culture and employer branding. • Oversee relationships with creative, advertising and media agencies. • Monitor brand health through annual surveys and key metrics. • Administer brand marketing budgets efficiently. • Apply stakeholder management, KPI‑driven analysis, and leadership skills to deliver results.

What You Bring

Success requires deep expertise in branding, marketing and communications, strong stakeholder and agency management, an analytical, KPI‑focused mindset, and effective leadership and presentation abilities, combined with a proactive learning attitude. Key internal partners include the branding team and department heads, while external collaborations involve vendors and partners. The position calls for a postgraduate degree in marketing, at least ten years of overall experience and eight years in the relevant industry.
