About the Role

The Architectural Inspector will be responsible for overall quality assurance of architectural deliverables and will serve as the primary liaison between contractors and the project team. This position ensures that all architectural work aligns with project requirements and that documentation is accurately maintained throughout the construction phase. • Ensure contractors comply with contract documents, inspection plans, codes, and specifications. • Coordinate daily with engineers and managers to verify the quality and quantity of work performed. • Review and monitor variations to mitigate time and cost impacts for required changes. • Evaluate contractor shop drawings and submittals, flagging issues that affect stability or function. • Monitor contractor compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan and safety requirements. • Prepare and maintain daily site diaries, progress photographs, and monthly progress reports. • Expedite NOCs and client approvals by liaising with relevant authorities and contractors. • Conduct architectural and material inspections, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions. • Perform tests and field checks of finishes, building components, and ensure adherence to specifications. • Generate accurate inspection reports and maintain records of all submittals and test results. • Support HSE monitoring, attend training sessions and meetings, and report related matters.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least seven years of construction supervision experience, including a minimum of five years in the UAE, and a proven background in architectural projects such as mixed‑use, residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality developments. Strong written and oral communication, detailed knowledge of building codes and construction techniques, and the ability to produce clear reports are essential.
