About the Role
The role focuses on proactive order prioritization to ensure timely fulfillment, acting as the single point of contact for priority shipment requests and determining emergency orders based on operational needs. It leads communications with operations leaders, order management teams, supply chain, and other stakeholders, while coordinating intercompany delivery priorities and resolving escalations. Process optimization is a key responsibility, involving the recommendation and implementation of improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times. The incumbent creates dashboards and reports, provides analysis on trends, material aging, and order execution, and conducts root cause analyses for order delays and errors, delivering actionable feedback. Supporting operational performance metrics includes driving execution on aging materials and orders, tracking performance metrics, and developing On‑Time Delivery (OTD) metrics for CPS services. The role also monitors parts consumption errors, missed shipments, manages battery date codes for open orders, and oversees asset and serial number management for the installed base. • Review and prioritize orders to ensure timely fulfillment • Serve as primary contact for priority shipment requests and emergency orders • Communicate with operations leaders, order management, supply chain, and stakeholders • Coordinate intercompany delivery priorities and resolve escalations • Identify and communicate material shortages, quality holds, and constraints • Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce lead times • Build dashboards and reports for trend analysis, material aging, and order execution • Perform root cause analysis on order delays and provide corrective feedback • Drive execution on aging materials/orders and track performance metrics • Support development and monitoring of On‑Time Delivery (OTD) metrics for CPS services • Monitor parts consumption errors and missed shipments • Manage battery date codes for open orders and oversee asset/serial number management

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, supply‑chain or related business tools. They must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, reside within the greater Raleigh, NC area (active‑duty military exempt), and have a minimum of two years’ experience in the electrical industry with power‑management preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, strong analytical and leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and drive change are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, or supply‑chain tools • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; remote position based in Greater Raleigh, NC (active‑duty military exempt) • Minimum 2 years experience in the electrical industry; power‑management preferred • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Access, Excel) • Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities while handling multiple tasks • Ability to drive change, collaborate cross‑functionally, and maintain attention to detail
