About the Role
Core duties involve installing home remodeling products to company standards, applying finish work, communicating with management after installations to ensure satisfaction and authorize final payments, completing a job checklist with the homeowner, and respecting the homeowner and property. • Install remodeling products to company standards. • Apply finish work where required. • Report to management after each install to verify customer satisfaction and trigger final payment. • Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at project close. • Treat homeowners and their property with utmost respect.

What You Bring
The role requires basic remodeling or general construction experience, punctual attendance, quality work, answering homeowner questions, and coordinating final payment with the office. Candidates must have at least six months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience (window installation preferred), a valid driver’s license with a good record, strong communication and customer‑service skills, a commitment to quality, and be 21 years or older. • At least 6 months remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience (window installation preferred). • Valid driver’s license with good driving record. • Strong communication and customer‑service abilities. • Minimum age of 21.
