About the Role
Key duties include ensuring cost‑effective operation of the client’s portfolio, acting as the liaison between tenants, landlords and third‑party agents, and driving cost‑saving initiatives. The role also involves monitoring sublet income, enforcing lease compliance, coordinating with internal teams and external professionals, and innovating service delivery while maintaining frequent client communication and reporting. • Ensure cost‑effective operational running of client portfolio/region • Liaise with clients, landlords and agents to maintain uninterrupted premises use • Identify and implement cost‑saving measures for corporate occupiers • Monitor income collection and tenant liaison for sublet properties • Ensure adherence to lease terms and statutory compliance, advising clients accordingly • Coordinate with Cushman & Wakefield teams and external professionals to deliver full service • Develop solutions that reduce costs for clients and Cushman & Wakefield • Maintain direct, frequent client contact and provide regular reporting • Stay current in the field and pursue opportunities to demonstrate expertise • Build and nurture strong client relationships • Support and develop talent of junior colleagues

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a degree in estate management or a related field, with RICS membership preferred, and have at least two years of post‑qualification experience in a large practice or corporate setting. A broad range of surveying skills, business development acumen, strong networking abilities, up‑to‑date legislative knowledge, technical competence in property management, and proficiency with IT and industry‑specific software are required. • Degree‑level estate management qualification or equivalent (desired) • Membership of RICS (desired) • Minimum two years post‑qualification experience • Experience in large practice or corporate environment • Broad general surveying skills across multiple practice areas • Understanding of business development and client relationship management • Proven networking and relationship‑building capabilities • Experience successfully selling to clients • Current knowledge of property management legislation • Demonstrated technical competence in property management • Basic IT skills, including word processing and spreadsheets • Familiarity with industry‑specific software (e.g., PROLEASE, TRAMPS, PM&A) preferred
