Senior Contract Operations Analyst
Manage and ensure compliance of circular materials contracts, data, billing, and reporting.

About the Role
In this role, you will oversee and support the contracts associated with Circular Materials & RLG programs. You will ensure contract compliance, keep contract information accurate and up‑to‑date, research and analyze data, prepare reports and billing, and act as a key advisor on contract‑related questions for Area Public Sector Solutions. This position helps deliver compliant, efficient, and well‑managed services. • Ensure compliance with all Circular Materials contracts and resolve identified issues. • Collaborate with District Managers to close compliance gaps and manage weekly data uploads to tracking systems. • Manage end‑to‑end contract processes in MAS, including routing, MPU tracking, alerts, and address updates. • Monitor contract dollar balances and timelines, advising on extensions or upcoming bids. • Investigate and resolve contract changes, complaints, discrepancies, disputes, defaults, cancellations, and claims, preparing recommendations and documentation. • Participate in municipal business strategic planning related to Circular Materials. • Reconcile invoices and centralize billing communications for CM services. • Coordinate team processes, review daily activities, develop procedures, and train staff (initially 1 direct report). • Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, corporate governance, and business integrity standards.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or a high school diploma with four years of relevant experience. A minimum of five years of system and contract management experience is required. The hybrid position in Kitchener offers a base salary range of $94,000‑$120,000 plus eligibility for bonuses.
