About the Role
The specialist will ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines, and will lead end‑to‑end proposal development from kickoff to submission, analyzing tender documents, collaborating with subject‑matter experts, managing timelines, facilitating internal reviews, and maintaining accurate records of proposal activities. • Lead end‑to‑end proposal development from kickoff to submission. • Analyze tender documents to identify client needs and align strategies. • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to craft compelling content. • Manage proposal timelines and ensure timely delivery. • Facilitate internal reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback. • Develop winning strategies to secure new business. • Maintain accurate records of proposal activities and outcomes. • Travel up to 20 % domestically to customer sites, meetings or events.

What You Bring
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field and at least three years of experience in tendering, proposals or sales support. Strong project‑management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
