About the Role
The BEST Sales Intern will work under direct supervision and local mentoring to support the assigned market and help drive regional sales. This role provides hands‑on exposure to the sales cycle, customer interaction, and internal processes within the HVAC sector. • Support the local market and drive regional sales under supervision. • Assist manager or sales associate with assigned sales tasks. • Attend meetings and events to observe and learn sales processes. • Develop and deliver proposals to potential customers. • Work with customers to finalize invoices and collect payments. • Update sales records and documentation accurately. • Observe deal‑closing techniques within the sales cycle. • Communicate with vendors and clients as directed by the manager. • Conduct research and compile survey data. • Assess whether sales targets are met and report findings.

What You Bring
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. college, pursuing a degree in fields such as engineering, business, communications, finance, marketing, public relations, economics, or computer networking. Applicants need U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization and must be able to work full‑time (40 hours/week) throughout the summer. Preferred attributes include strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, self‑motivation, teamwork, a competitive spirit, and a solid blend of business and technical insight. • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at an accredited U.S. college. • Pursuing a degree in engineering, business, communications, finance, marketing, public relations, economics, or computer networking. • U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship). • Available to work full‑time (40 hours/week) for the summer. • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and work well in teams. • Possess a competitive spirit and strong business‑technical acumen.
