About the Role
• Design end-to-end solution templates and functional architecture aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. • Drive standardization and ensure alignment across business units and technical teams. • Collaborate with product management, technical product owners, analysts, and architects to shape roadmaps and enhancements. • Lead process modeling, fit-gap analysis, and solution confirmation to decide between configuration and customization. • Engage business and digital stakeholders to uncover requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities. • Recommend innovative, scalable, standardized solutions that minimize custom development. • Identify cross-functional dependencies and guide critical design decisions. • Provide direction on integration architecture and end-to-end business process design. • Support creation and prioritization of the solution backlog (capabilities and features). • Define end-to-end integration test scenarios. • Ensure solution consistency using SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM and documentation). • Support risk identification, resolve design issues, and drive continuous improvement. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, PI planning, and backlog refinement. • Design complex integrated SAP architectures and prototype solutions. • Lead cross-functional teams in offshore/onshore delivery models.

Schneider Electric seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect with deep functional and technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering digital solutions. The role involves shaping large‑scale SAP transformations, collaborating across functions, and balancing business value, standardization, and innovation. The position is preferred on‑site in Franklin, TN, but other hubs are possible. • Possess 10+ years of industry or consulting experience. • Complete 5+ full-lifecycle SAP implementations and 5+ years as an SAP Solution Architect. • Demonstrate strong expertise with SAP S/4HANA On-Premise and its standard capabilities. • Hold deep SAP knowledge across finance, order-to-cash, sales operations, mobility, UX, cloud, data management, and analytics. • Experience with SAP Cloud Platform and integration technologies (preferred). • Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience with Agile delivery models (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • Ability to travel as needed.

Benefits
The U.S.-based full-time position offers a compensation range of $168,800-$253,200 annually, which includes base salary and short-term incentive. Pay is set within the range based on performance, skills, experience, and education.
