About the Role

• Develop and maintain CPM, resource‑ and cost‑loaded Primavera P6 schedules. • Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning inputs and link WBS to CBS for accurate forecasting. • Produce earned value metrics, schedule KPIs, cash flow reports, and conduct critical path, what‑if, productivity, and time‑impact analyses. • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies while supporting look‑ahead planning and continuous improvement. • Ensure schedule documentation complies with contract and company standards.

What You Bring

The position is a mid‑level to senior Primavera P6 Scheduler located at 10000 Energy Drive in Spring, TX, with a hybrid work schedule and up to 25 % domestic travel. The Scheduler partners with Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams to build and maintain resource‑loaded schedules across EPC, Design‑Build, and CMAR delivery models, supporting projects from planning through construction, commissioning, and closeout. Emphasis is placed on critical‑path management, schedule risk mitigation, performance tracking, and forecasting, requiring data‑center or commercial infrastructure scheduling experience. • 4–10 years of EPC scheduling experience, with data‑center or commercial infrastructure P6 projects. • Expertise in Primavera P6 cost‑ and resource‑loaded scheduling; familiarity with Deltek Acumen Fuse or similar tools. • Experience managing large‑scale sitework and long‑lead equipment schedules. • Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across engineering, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams. • Highly organized, self‑motivated, able to handle multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments. • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field preferred.
