About the Role

The role serves as the on‑site project leader responsible for planning, executing, and completing control‑systems projects for assigned customers. Under general direction, the leader oversees hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, network commissioning, and project closeout while balancing customer satisfaction with financial results. Key duties include managing project budgets, billings, and collections, pursuing change orders, and ensuring compliance with provincial, local, and federal regulations. The leader coordinates communication throughout all project phases, enforces safety standards, and provides direction to subcontractors, installers, technicians, designers, and administrative staff. The position handles material procurement, vendor pricing, and subcontractor payment processes, as well as site‑specific coordination of panels and devices. Responsibilities also cover loading, verification, and commissioning of system controllers, validation of system functionality, and production of accurate as‑built and commissioning documentation. The role requires delivering training to owners/operators, supplying operation manuals, and maintaining long‑term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. What You Bring
