About the Role

The manager will create a variety of marketing assets, support product launches, ensure brand consistency, monitor performance metrics, and stay informed on industry trends to continually improve communications. • Develop and execute integrated marketing communications plans for new and existing residential and commercial HVAC products. • Create high‑impact content such as product brochures, sell sheets, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, web content, videos, digital advertisements, and social‑media assets. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product features, benefits, and applications. • Support product launches with go‑to‑market strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales‑enablement tools. • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and timely delivery of assets. • Monitor campaign performance and customer‑engagement metrics to optimize future communications. • Stay current on HVAC industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

What You Bring

Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled and creative HVAC Marketing Manager to promote its residential and commercial HVAC product lines. The role works closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to develop compelling marketing content and campaigns that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and possess 7‑10+ years of B2B marketing communications experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration skills are essential, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar platforms and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of HVAC terminology and creative photography/video skills are preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing communications experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. • Proven experience working cross‑functionally with engineering and product teams. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or comparable marketing platforms. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology (preferred). • Creative photography and video development skills (preferred).
