About the Role
The Procurement Coordinator, reporting to Procurement Leadership, supports client sourcing and contract management across multiple facility management accounts. This role implements the strategy set by leadership and ensures effective procurement processes. Key responsibilities include owning supplier relationships, serving as the primary contact, participating in supplier meetings, and ensuring geographic coverage for service categories. The Coordinator also manages email communication, acts as process owner, and collaborates with leadership to develop bid packages, facilitate RFPs, and support supplier audits. The role involves coordinating contract preparation, negotiating terms in compliance with company and client policies, maintaining a contract repository, and tracking multiple sourcing events. Additionally, the Coordinator researches the supply base to diversify suppliers and improve service levels while conducting professional meetings with stakeholders. • Own and manage supplier relationships, serving as primary contact. • Participate in supplier meetings and business reviews. • Ensure geographic coverage for assigned service categories. • Respond to facility manager inquiries and manage related email traffic. • Develop bid packages and facilitate RFP processes using e‑sourcing tools. • Manage insurance requirements and support supplier audits. • Coordinate supplier onboarding, proposals, and evaluation presentations. • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and legal review. • Maintain contract repository and track multiple sourcing events. • Research supply base to diversify suppliers and improve service levels. • Conduct professional meetings with internal and external customers.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus), two or more years of facilities management or indirect procurement experience, and knowledge of legal contract terms. Desired competencies are strong analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills, project management, stakeholder communication, and proficiency with e‑sourcing and contract management tools. Experience in commercial real estate or facility management is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus) and 2+ years facilities/indirect procurement experience. • Strong analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills. • Experience with strategic sourcing, e‑sourcing, and contract management systems. • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects. • Knowledge of commercial real estate or facility management preferred.

Compensation ranges from $24.52 to $28.85 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that may include health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and paid time off.
