Job Highlights
About the Role
• Create, review, and maintain testing procedures, protocols, and acceptance criteria per ISO 14310 and API 5CT/5C5 standards. • Conduct destructive and non‑destructive validation tests, including high‑pressure gas, thermal cycling, and structural performance for casing connections. • Collaborate with design engineers to review documents and optimize designs for testing and field performance. • Investigate equipment failures, analyze test data, and perform root cause analysis to improve product design or testing methods. • Maintain rigorous documentation of testing procedures, results, and calibration certificates ensuring compliance. • Work with R&D, manufacturing, and QA teams to validate product design and ensure high‑quality, reliable products. • Analyze complex data and identify trends.

We seek humble geniuses who view engineering as a means to make the impossible possible—innovators driven to design, develop, and test as trusted partners for Fortune 500 customers, contributing to a brighter future while embracing a win‑win, learn‑together culture. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field. • 5–10 years of experience testing mechanical systems in the Oil & Gas industry, focusing on tubing or premium connections. • Strong knowledge of API 5CT, API 5C5, and ISO 14310 standards. • Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and using data acquisition and pressure testing equipment. • Certified experience (ideally official certification) in V0, V1, V2 testing protocols. • Experience in high‑pressure/high‑temperature (HP/HT) testing environments. • Knowledge of Finite Element Analysis for supporting connection design validation. • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS). • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail for safety and precision. • Strong technical writing and verbal communication for stakeholder reporting.
