About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, interacting with customers to assess storage needs, suggest supplies, inspect units, manage cash handling, and handle payment communications. • Assess customer storage requirements and recommend packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare deposits, and perform bank deposits. • Make reminder and collection calls to keep customer accounts current. • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior curb appeal.

What You Bring
