About the Role

In this role you will support the planning, design and delivery of a broad portfolio of transport and infrastructure projects, ranging from active‑travel and public‑realm upgrades to highway schemes, rail interfaces and major mobility initiatives. You will help shape sustainable transport solutions while building strong client relationships. The position offers growth within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. • Prepare transport engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation • Collect, analyse, and interpret transport and traffic data • Support feasibility studies, assessments, and early‑stage design • Contribute to the design and evaluation of engineering solutions • Assist with monitoring construction and improvement works • Undertake inspections under the guidance of senior engineers • Support project delivery, contract coordination, and client engagement • Apply continuous improvement and digital tools to enhance project outcomes • Maintain awareness of current standards, technology trends, and regulations • Navigate complex information to contribute to sound engineering decisions

What You Bring

• Hold a degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related field • Possess 3–6 years of experience in transport or traffic engineering • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and familiarity with industry design tools • Communicate confidently with stakeholders and engage effectively • Exhibit a collaborative mindset, passion for innovation, and problem‑solving ability, with experience supporting junior team members being advantageous
