About the Role

Additional duties include reporting equipment issues, performing light maintenance, maintaining belt lines, and completing pre‑shift equipment reports. • Perform general plant/mine labor, including shoveling stone and cleaning production areas. • Assist with plant operations and cleanup across multiple asphalt facilities. • Fill in for various entry‑level production positions during vacations, absences, or high‑demand periods. • Report equipment problems to management and complete pre‑shift equipment reports. • Conduct light maintenance tasks and maintain belt line systems. • Follow all safety policies and maintain safe working conditions. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company contribution and matching after one year.

Starting pay is $22 per hour for entry‑level candidates, with compensation adjusted for experience and skill set.
