About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Contract Reviewer (m/f/d) to join our global risk‑management team, based in Dublin or anywhere in Europe. The role is pivotal in reviewing contracts, advising management on related risks, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The professional will support European business teams in negotiations, manage contract lifecycles, and provide expert risk analysis to senior leaders. • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts such as Professional Services Agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs. • Support European business teams during client contract negotiations. • Conduct comprehensive contract reviews and advise senior management on risks and legal implications. • Manage contract lifecycles and monitor compliance with legal and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with clients and their legal departments to facilitate smooth negotiations. • Perform compliance checks to ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements. • Assist operational teams in risk management, issue resolution, and accelerating contract completion. • Contribute to change processes and post‑contract management activities. • Prepare reports and presentations on contract status, risks, and opportunities. • Stay current on contract law developments and industry best practices to improve review processes.

What You Bring

• Completed law degree (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification/experience. • Fluent in English and German, both oral and written. • Proven experience in contract review, redlining, and negotiation, preferably in construction or professional services consulting. • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal documents. • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders. • Thorough knowledge of contract law, industry best practices, and preferably German law. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced consulting environment. • Strong organizational skills, self‑motivation, adaptability, and resilience. • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in contract law and risk management. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
