About the Role
The Director – Global Standardization & Digitization, Order to Cash (OTC) will act as a transformational individual contributor and process owner, shaping and governing standardized finance processes across the client finance operations. This role involves designing globally consistent processes, leveraging best‑practice technology platforms, and continuously optimizing operations to meet business requirements. • Define, own, and govern global finance process standards across regions and client segments. • Design, document, and deploy process enhancements using best practices and lean re‑engineering. • Develop and monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, leading regular global review cycles. • Lead global training, knowledge sharing, and certification programs for finance teams. • Maintain a unified global knowledge base ensuring up‑to‑date process documentation. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and drive outcomes. • Identify, validate, and institutionalize best practices to harmonize finance operations. • Manage design and delivery of transformational projects within the Global Finance Roadmap. • Translate improvement initiatives into actionable deliverables and coordinate execution with regional leads. • Contribute to system enhancement roadmap, aligning technology changes with process demands. • Ensure strong internal controls and proactively mitigate operational risks and compliance exposures. • Create detailed project execution plans covering contracts, costs, schedules, and safety requirements. • Present progress updates and data‑driven insights to steering committees and stakeholders. • Engage clients and finance teams to gather requirements, develop estimates, and secure approvals. • Engage and influence stakeholders across multiple regions and client segments. • Lead complex finance transformation projects, especially within the Order to Cash domain.

What You Bring
• Possess significant experience as a corporate or client‑side process expert or global leader. • Demonstrate a track record of designing, delivering, and governing large‑scale process transformations. • Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and global regulatory environments. • Deep expertise in finance processes and global ERP systems such as JDE or PeopleSoft. • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship‑building skills. • Resilient in handling competing priorities, ambiguity, and tight deadlines. • Influential big‑picture thinker driving adoption of global standards and best practices. • Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring process KPIs and performance analytics. • CA or MBA required with 20+ years of finance and accounting experience, including OTC process ownership.
