About the Role

The Divisional Director, Client Sourcing heads all client‑sourcing operations for the Financial Services Division, steering the Sourcing and Procurement platform. The role collaborates with divisional presidents, managing directors, accounts, and clients to set priorities and account goals, while working closely with Americas Sourcing Solutions Development, Category Management, and other stakeholders to retain, grow, and win new business. A key focus is building and nurturing a high‑performing, inclusive team of sourcing professionals. The director is accountable for recruiting, mentoring, rotating, and retaining top talent, as well as developing succession plans and fostering a collaborative culture that drives sustainable operational excellence. Strategic sourcing strategy development integrates leadership goals, market intelligence, and client needs, ensuring alignment with the division’s objectives. The director oversees supplier performance, introduces best practices and innovations, and leads both short‑term and long‑term sourcing initiatives to deliver best‑in‑class results. Business growth is advanced by partnering with category management, solutions development, and account teams throughout the sales cycle. The director acts as a subject‑matter expert on renewals, expansions, and new business, preparing for client renewals and participating in client meetings to pursue no‑bid opportunities. Financial stewardship includes identifying risks and opportunities, managing supplier performance, and maintaining compliance controls across the vertical. The role continuously improves savings measurement, monitoring, and reporting while adhering to JLL and client policies, including ethics and business practices. • Oversee the Sourcing and Procurement platform for the Financial Services Division. • Build, mentor, recruit, and retain high‑performing sourcing talent. • Develop and execute divisional sourcing strategies aligned with leadership goals and market intelligence. • Manage supplier performance and drive innovation and best‑practice adoption. • Lead client renewal, expansion, and new‑business initiatives as a subject‑matter expert. • Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance and financial stewardship. • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture with clear succession plans.

What You Bring

Candidates must have 15‑20 years of sourcing and procurement experience, senior leadership experience in the financial services industry, and a track record of leading large, remote teams.
