About the Role
The successful candidate will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of social‑value initiatives throughout the development project lifecycle, from pre‑planning to completion. Responsibilities include meeting Section 106 requirements, measuring impact with HACT and TOMs, and delivering community and employment projects in partnership with Latimer, external partners and supply‑chain contractors. • Design, deliver and evaluate social‑value initiatives across the development lifecycle. • Ensure Section 106 obligations are met and measure impact using HACT and TOMs. • Lead community and employment projects with partners, supply‑chain contractors and internal teams. • Act as regional social‑value expert, advising on queries and supporting Latimer staff. • Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, schools, community groups and stakeholders.

What You Bring
The role serves as the regional social‑value expert, providing advice to internal Latimer teams and handling complex stakeholder relationships with local authorities, schools, community groups and partners. Candidates must be self‑motivated, resilient, able to work autonomously and travel across the region as required, with experience in construction or the built environment sector. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and pass a basic criminal‑record check. The hybrid position expects 2‑3 days per week in the London office or on‑site, and the closing date for applications is Tuesday 3 March 2026 at midnight. • Work autonomously, self‑motivated, resilient and able to travel across the region. • Eligibility to work in the UK, residence in England or Wales, and pass a basic criminal‑record check.

The role is based in Greater London on a hybrid basis, offering a salary of £48,987‑£61,234 plus a £5,000 annual car allowance. It is a permanent contract working 36 hours per week with flexible options considered.
