About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer will join the West Specialist Team, supporting business development and operations across multiple locations such as Los Angeles, Dallas, Austin, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, and San Francisco. This hybrid role involves creating client‑facing materials, responding to RFQs and RFPs, and developing internal communications while collaborating closely with proposal and capture managers. • Design advanced graphics and multimedia for large, high‑stakes proposals and qualifications. • Collaborate with proposal, capture, and business development teams to gather inputs and shape content. • Create custom presentations, storyboards, and visual narratives for proposal and interview teams. • Produce print and digital documents using branded templates, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint. • Develop illustrations, diagrams, photorealistic graphics, and charts to communicate technical information. • Provide technical support for video conferences, storyboarding sessions, and final document reviews. • Process feedback and edit graphic elements to ensure quality before submission. • Enforce QA/QC standards and maintain consistency across all marketing and proposal assets. • Advise marketing on best practices, template development, and adoption of new design tools. • Participate in graphics roundtables and marketing best‑practice teams, offering and receiving constructive feedback. • Manage finalization, packaging, and shipping of production‑ready documents. • Handle confidential issues diplomatically with internal clients and peers.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of graphic design experience (or equivalent). • Expert proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat. • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office for creating compelling presentations. • Knowledge of graphic design/marketing best practices and ability to convey messages visually. • Experience using collaborative platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. • Preferred: 6+ years of design experience and familiarity with A/E industry and AECOM’s services.

The compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 annually, though relocation assistance and sponsorship are not provided.
