About the Role
You will lead, mentor and develop Territory and Key Account sales teams, ensuring coverage and success in strategic market segments and applications. You will manage a mix of channels—including direct sales, resellers and key accounts—while using Salesforce CRM to oversee the sales funnel and process. You will lead negotiations, directly manage key accounts and prospects, and leverage your industry network to win new strategic customers. Collaboration is essential: you will work closely with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, Marketing and Production to align operational efforts with customer needs, identify portfolio gaps and drive product improvements. Regular business reviews with the team and channel partners will ensure accurate forecasts and achievement of business results, while staying attuned to the competitive landscape. • Lead, mentor, and develop Territory and Key Account sales teams across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics. • Drive a targeted sales strategy and manage multiple channels (direct, resellers, key accounts) to achieve growth. • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales funnel, pipeline, and accurate forecasts. • Lead negotiations and directly manage key accounts and prospects, leveraging industry network to win strategic customers. • Collaborate with Field Application Engineers, Product Management, Marketing, and Production to align solutions with customer needs. • Identify product portfolio gaps and work with Product Management to close them. • Conduct regular business reviews with teams and channel partners to ensure forecast accuracy and results.

What You Bring
We require a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, and ideally 10+ years of international sales experience in the electronics or industrial market. You should have at least 5 years in a leadership role, with P&L management experience preferred, and a proven ability to identify sales capability gaps and implement sustainable plans. Strong negotiation, collaboration, and an active network in the electrical/electronics industry are essential, as is adaptability to rapidly changing business conditions. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field and 10+ years of international sales experience in electronics/industrial markets. • Possess at least 5 years of leadership experience with P&L responsibility and expertise selling through distributors, integrators, engineers, and OEMs. • Demonstrate strong negotiation, collaboration, and networking skills within the electrical/electronics industry. • Adapt to rapidly changing business environments, travel up to 50%, and maintain a valid driver’s license.
