About the Role
• Liaise with design and drafting groups. • Prepare, review, and approve drawings as required. • Perform advanced technical assignments independently under the Supervising Architect’s direction, adhering to schedules and budgets. • Coordinate technical and administrative activities with multidisciplinary teams on assigned projects. • Assist in training and evaluating architectural and design/drafting personnel. • Review and approve conceptual designs. • Contribute to the development of new architectural methods and techniques.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Architecture or a Master’s in Architecture and have 9‑13 years of experience in architecture, preferably on healthcare projects. Experience in the Middle East, the United States, or the United Kingdom is desirable. Strong communication skills, independence, and proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related design software are required. The ability to view projects from a strategic, “birds‑eye” perspective is essential.
