About the Role
• Provide coordination, planning, and supervision for MEP scopes of work • Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service • Plan and implement to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule • Review construction documents for completeness and constructability • Review and understand contract documents • Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers, resolving discrepancies • Participate in the development and management of project schedules, including three- and six-week look‑ahead schedules • Develop a site logistics plan • Manage the utilization of Mortenson tools and equipment • Collaborate with project partner superintendents

What You Bring
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to analyze, manage, and resolve field coordination issues with project team members and participants. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with staff at all levels in a constantly changing environment. Success depends on flexibility, inventiveness, dedication, efficiency, integrity, and confidentiality. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Our postings typically remain open a minimum of five days and an average of forty‑four days. • Associate or bachelor's degree in construction, civil, architectural, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or 10 years trade experience • Minimum 8 years of construction experience, with at least 2 years supervisory, preferably with a mechanical or electrical contractor • Ability to handle multiple, complex data center projects • Detail‑oriented to organize and manage multiple project tasks • Basic understanding of construction law and business practices • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills • Positive, professional attitude and strong customer service skills • Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies • Active listening and effective communication, openness to diverse input and feedback • Knowledge of EEOC, inclusive behaviors, and affirmative action plans • Current driver’s license

Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $111,400 to $167,100, with higher ranges for locations in Denver, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, and Washington, D.C.
