About the Role
The Tower Foreman leads daily site construction work, ensuring crews meet production goals and adhere to safety and industry standards. Responsibilities include implementing MasTec health, safety, and environmental policies, overseeing operations and quality, maintaining paperwork, coordinating with customers, providing leadership and training, and managing equipment and documentation. • Implement MasTec Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and industry standards (OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, ANSI). • Ensure site safety and compliance for crew. • Oversee daily operations, quality of work, and equipment condition. • Maintain and submit daily site paperwork, timesheets, and closeout documentation. • Coordinate with customer representatives and maintain strong relationships. • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to crew members. • Validate timesheets and serve as mentor for less experienced technicians.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates prioritize safety, have at least five years of industry experience, and possess a high school diploma or GED. They demonstrate strong construction, rigging, and safety expertise, can read technical plans, hold relevant certifications, have a valid driver’s license, and are physically capable of climbing towers and handling demanding work schedules. • Minimum 5 years of industry experience with high school diploma or GED. • Proven expertise in construction, rigging, and safety procedures. • Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW. • Hold relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR, safety, Wiltron, Anritsu, fiber); WSA certification a plus. • Valid driver’s license meeting company policy and ability to maintain FDOT logbooks. • Physically fit to climb towers, lift 50 lb, and work up to 12 hours per day. • Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills.
