About the Role

The Team Lead – Press is responsible for daily lead duties for the press team, including assigning work, monitoring progress, enforcing PPE and safety protocols, directing employees, and acting as a backup for the supervisor when absent. The role also provides backup support to the process technician as needed. The lead must understand press processes and procedures, operate the press, troubleshoot minor issues, and train new associates. They are tasked with leading the production line to meet schedule, issuing work assignments, completing production paperwork, and verifying its accuracy. Daily responsibilities include confirming production data in SAP, reviewing the planned schedule, printing work orders, and distributing pass‑down notes, end‑of‑shift reports, and effectivity sheets. The lead also ensures housekeeping standards, replenishes consumables, monitors break times, and redirects employees who are off‑task. Providing honest, timely feedback to the supervisor, holding pre‑shift (tier 1) meetings, monitoring part quality, and retraining staff as needed are essential duties. What You Bring

Eligibility requirements include being in good standing with no more than one active disciplinary write‑up or attendance point, having completed at least 90 days of employment, and holding a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference is given to candidates with SAP and Office 365 experience, strong ethics, communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Meet eligibility criteria: good standing, 90 days tenure, high school diploma; SAP and Office 365 experience preferred.
