About the Role

The Porter / Yard Worker, also known as a Yard Associate, is responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment on the location’s property. The role maintains a written maintenance schedule and may service equipment to ensure it meets specifications. Additionally, the associate inspects equipment before and after rental to document any loss or damage. What You Bring

Applicants should ideally hold a high school diploma or GED and have familiarity with common construction and industrial tools. Experience or training in mechanical equipment repair is advantageous. Strong communication skills, basic math ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are also required. A general mechanical aptitude, safety focus, and in some locations, bilingual capability in Spanish or another language are valued. The role demands physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, in both indoor and outdoor settings.
