About the Role
The Sales Executive role in Seattle will represent LoopNet’s sophisticated digital advertising solutions, partnering with top owners and brokers to craft comprehensive marketing strategies. New hires receive extensive classroom and field training, gaining expertise in digital marketing, product demonstrations, and the commercial‑real‑estate landscape. Key duties include building trusted, service‑focused client relationships, prospecting new business using CoStar’s property data, collaborating across LoopNet and CoStar teams, and delivering market insights that drive advertising revenue. The position requires regular in‑person meetings and travel within and beyond the local market area. • Build and maintain client relationships through consultative sales to increase advertising revenue. • Prospect and close new B2B customers using CoStar’s extensive property data. • Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to achieve sales targets. • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations on digital advertising. • Conduct regular in‑person meetings and travel as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least four years of B2B sales experience, two years in commercial real estate, a bachelor’s degree, a proven record of surpassing sales targets, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Preferred skills include senior‑level relationship building, data analysis for strategic recommendations, flexibility in a high‑growth environment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • 4+ years B2B sales experience, 2+ years commercial real‑estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to engage senior/C‑suite clients and analyze market data.
