About the Role
During the internship, participants will engage with functional leaders, analyze processes, gather and examine data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare communications. At the end of the term, interns present the results of their work to senior leadership as part of an experience review. • Perform assigned tasks across functional areas to learn solid waste and environmental services operations. • Analyze data, identify issues, and recommend solutions to management. • Contribute to departmental goals and identify improvement opportunities in operations, finance, accounting, maintenance, sales, or administration. • Conduct research and prepare documentation and correspondence for project deliverables. • Communicate potential issues related to assigned work and meet project timelines. • Access health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Participate in Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP). • Participate in Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

What You Bring
• Pursue a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. • Hold a high school diploma or GED.
