About the Role
The incumbent will lead meetings with engineering and planning teams, prepare and write a variety of proposals, qualifications, reports, presentations, and other communications, and research business opportunities to aid strategy development. Responsibilities also include coordinating, formatting, editing, and proofreading marketing materials, facilitating interview preparations, overseeing presentation production, maintaining project and client data, editing technical documents, and managing special projects or events as needed. • Lead meetings with engineering and planning professionals and project teams • Prepare and write proposals, qualifications, reports, presentations, and brochures • Research business opportunities and assist in strategy development • Coordinate, format, edit, and proofread marketing materials • Facilitate interview preparation and oversee presentation production • Maintain project, employee, and client data in the marketing database • Edit technical letters, reports, and other miscellaneous documents • Coordinate special projects and events as needed

What You Bring

Qualified candidates must have at least five years of professional consulting experience, with A/E/C industry exposure considered a plus, and hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, or Education. Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe InDesign, the ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple assignments, and a willingness to travel when required. • 5+ years of professional consulting experience (A/E/C experience a plus) • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Education, or related field • Strong technical writing, editing, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Adobe InDesign • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments • Willingness to travel when necessary
