About the Role

• Advocate safety first by leading and maintaining exceptional safety, quality, cost, programme, sustainability and compliance standards. • Provide strategic direction and monitor delivery of key assignments aligned with overall vision and objectives. • Implement appropriate programme delivery environments, including people, organisation, process, information and technology. • Promote quality and service excellence in all programme interactions. • Manage project budgets to ensure fiscal and ethical viability and meet legislative compliance. • Support senior stakeholders in shaping long‑term strategy for the function or business unit. • Lead diverse teams effectively and develop individuals to reach their full potential. • Network, innovate and leverage Mace’s centres of excellence, knowledge hub and control centre. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, up to C‑Suite level, to implement and manage programmes. • Deliver major civil works/infrastructure projects and programmes successfully. • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders. • Apply carbon and sustainability considerations to project outlook.

What You Bring
