About the Role
• Manage water/wastewater projects from study through construction using earned value management principles. • Provide technical oversight for distribution/collection piping, pump stations, and treatment plant projects. • Supervise multi‑disciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, GIS analysts, designers, CAD staff, and sub‑consultants. • Coordinate assigned work to ensure continuity, consistency, and quality across project phases. • Review, seal, and approve designs, calculations, drawings, and related reports. • Mentor junior staff and operate independently while maintaining effective client and regulatory communication. • Lead business development efforts: define engineering scope, estimate fees, prepare proposals, and support marketing.

What You Bring
Key qualifications include at least 10 years of water/wastewater engineering and project management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within six months. The candidate must demonstrate technical proficiency in hydraulics and industry standards, strong leadership and motivation skills, and excellent written and oral communication abilities. Responsibilities also encompass business development activities such as engineering scope and fee preparation, proposal writing, and marketing. • Possess 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering and project management experience. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) and a PE license or ability to register within six months. • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of hydraulics and relevant industry standards. • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills and proven leadership abilities.
