About the Role

The MEP Manager is accountable for delivering mechanical, electrical and plumbing services to agreed time, budget, safety and quality outcomes, providing high‑quality, profitable delivery while ensuring compliance, governance and assurance, and managing teams of technical and construction staff as well as internal and external stakeholder relationships. • Manage MEP package(s) ensuring compliance with Mace standards. • Deliver MEP service packages, overseeing programme, health & safety, quality and commissioning. • Liaise with client, consultants, trade contractors and team leaders to build strong relationships. • Procure specialist packages and appointments within scope and budget. • Manage budgets, value engineering, schedules and trade contracts; support commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Deploy project strategic plans, including prefabrication, commissioning and safety initiatives. • Support design reviews for compliance, coordination, carbon and energy considerations per RIBA and BSRIA frameworks. • Coordinate delivery strategies and programmes, managing milestones, interfaces, logistics and work sequencing. • Implement commissioning strategies following Mace standards, IST approach, ATPs and soft landings. • Conduct productivity assessments using digital technologies to monitor schedule and identify critical‑path issues. • Support project close‑out, delivering commissioning, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals and client training. • Identify risks proactively and produce mitigation plans. • Review issues to drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned. • Lead a team of professionals, delivering performance management, technical development and coaching. • Contribute to net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing associated emissions.

What You Bring
