About the Role

The Equipment Coordinator is an entry‑level role on the Medical Equipment Planning team, providing essential administrative and technical support to seasoned Equipment Planners on healthcare projects. The position offers mentorship in equipment planning tools, products, and client interaction. The role may require occasional travel and involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth information exchange throughout project phases. • Provide administrative support to Equipment Planners. • Prioritize tasks daily and meet deadlines independently. • Attend client planning meetings, capture and organize information, and implement revisions. • Manage information within the equipment planning database. • Assist in user meeting preparation, documentation, and implementation. • Engage with clients to gather and provide technical information as directed. • Prepare project deliverables such as reports, data sheets, and narratives. • Support equipment procurement through client meetings, vendor communication, and schedule tracking. • Maintain equipment inventory and related documentation. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to exchange information. • Learn medical equipment functions and solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field (preferred). • 2–4 years experience in medical equipment planning or supply chain (preferred). • 3+ years experience in healthcare or related field (required). • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). • Experience in materials management/procurement (plus). • Strong organizational skills, ability to meet multiple deadlines, and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in team environments and communicate independently.
