About the Role

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property, including daily onsite attendance, showing units, qualifying prospects, and completing lease paperwork. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents, including qualifying, touring, and signing leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, conduct tours, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Complete leasing paperwork prior to move‑in and assist with lease audits and unit turnover. • Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, improve closing ratios, and meet leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks and address resident complaints, concerns, and requests. • Develop and implement resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist in executing the annual marketing plan and conduct weekly market surveys. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and project a favorable community image. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor. • Perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, standing for long periods, and working overtime, weekends, and in various environmental conditions.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. The role requires physical abilities such such as climbing ladders, standing or sitting for extended periods, lifting or moving objects up to 25 lb, and the flexibility to work overtime, weekends, night hours, and in varied weather or temperature conditions. • Meet basic education requirement of high school diploma/equivalent and possess computer, Fair Housing, and OSHA knowledge.
