About the Role

In this 100% travel role, you will lead daily site construction work to meet production goals, enforce MasTec and industry safety standards, oversee operations and quality, and manage all required paperwork and close‑out documentation. You will also coordinate with customer representatives, maintain equipment, validate timesheets, and mentor less‑experienced technicians. • Lead daily site construction activities to meet production goals. • Enforce MasTec, OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, and ANSI safety standards. • Oversee site operations, quality, and equipment maintenance. • Manage and submit daily paperwork, timesheets, and close‑out documentation. • Coordinate with customer representatives and maintain strong relationships. • Train, mentor, and guide crew members on safety and work procedures.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of industry experience, and expertise in construction, rigging, and safety regulations. You must be able to read site plans and construction drawings, hold a valid driver’s license, maintain FDOT log books, and possess the physical ability to climb towers, lift 50 lb, and work up to 12 hours a day. Relevant certifications such as WSA, First Aid, CPR, and others are a plus. • Minimum high school diploma/GED and 5+ years in tower construction. • Proven expertise in rigging, safety protocols, and industry regulations. • Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain FDOT log books. • Physical ability to climb towers, lift 50 lb, and work up to 12 hours. • Relevant certifications (WSA, First Aid, CPR, etc.) preferred.
